PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
At Leatherhorse Gear, we strive for excellence and your absolute customer satisfaction with every order
we fill. Reading and following these guidelines will help to ensure you are getting the very best we have to offer.
- Custom Work orders
will be paid in full before any work will begin.
- You will be asked to take several measurement s in order to assure a good fit
(leather will be a snug initial fit as it will stretch with wear). Although small adjustments can be made, we cannot accommodate fluctuations
from the measurements that we take or you provide.
- Quotes for custom work will only be valid for 30 days from the date of quote.
- Changes
in color or design can be made in the first 10 days of the order being placed, but will be a minimum charge of $50.00.
- Custom work
will take 4-6 weeks to complete. Once it is completed, you will be notified to verify your shipping address. Express shipping will
be accommodated if you provide an account number.
- If an item should require special accessories or grades or colors of material, work
will not begin until we have verification from our suppliers that we can meet your request.
- Should we not be able to obtain the materials
in 2 weeks time, we will contact you to either return your payment or redesign your item.
- Should you decide to cancel your the order,
you will be responsible for supplies used or ordered, and work completed up to the time of cancellation. However, we reserve the right
to retain a minimum of 50% per item. If we are reworking or repairing a piece you supply, we will match the leather to the best of
our ability, depending on the existing wear.
